Reasons To Choose IDNet

Maximum Throughput Guarantee

We guarantee no contention on our network, no throttling, no traffic shaping & no port blocking. No contention on our network is achieved by not oversubscribing our broadband services and ensuring that bandwidth investment exceeds customer demand. This means that we can guarantee the maximum throughput that your line can support at all times.

QoS for Voip

We have fully implemented Quality of Service (QoS) across our network. By ensuring that all our network devices are QoS aware we can guarantee that those delay-sensitive applications such as VoIP and SSH are given the appropriate priority required for optimum performance.

Low Latency Guarantee

Our network is one of the fastest, best connected networks in the UK, with points of presence in London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris and Amsterdam . At these exchanges we have peering agreements with over 800 networks which enable us to pass traffic at up to 10 Gigabit speeds, delivering the highest performance and lowest latency that is technically possible.

Free UK Technical Support

We don’t use 0845, 0870 numbers, or any other premium rate lines. Our support is absolutely free of charge and unlimited provided by UK based support professionals via a free-phone 0800 telephone number and email.

Broadband speeds are affected by your proximity to the local telephone street cabinet or exchange, quality of your phone line and any internal wiring.
Estimated synchronisation speeds for your line are based on a clean line (i.e. in good condition), the DSL router being connected directly to the Openreach master socket and computer being connected via ethernet cable.
All broadband services are contended, your throughput speed at peak times may be slower than your synchronisation speed.
