Our user-to-user customer support forum is welcome to all at www.idnetters.co.uk.
Many of our more knowledgeable customers are regular posters here, and will do all they can to resolve any problems you may have, especially useful when IDNet's offices are closed. The forum features a number of articles on dealing with common ADSL issues together with a section to discuss general broadband issues, and another to help with general computing issues. The forum also has an active 'social life', though you don't have to be able to tell a joke before you can ask a question!
