The small print
IDNet line only package is £10 when taking out a broadband package.
All the regular 'select services' such as call waiting, call diversion and 3way calling are also available through your IDNet phone line at an additional cost.
All packages are strictly for home use and subject to acceptable usage policies. If usage exceeds that reasonably expected of a person using the service for domestic purposes we may switch you (with prior notification) to a business package.
Unlimited calls are valid to 01,02 & 03, 0845 & 0870 numbers, but exclude ISP dial-up numbers and indirect access numbers. Most other providers currently exclude 0845 & 0870 calls from their unlimited call plans.
Daytime rates applicable 6am-6pm Monday-Friday.
Anytime usage hours are calculated on a calendar month basis. Anytime hours only include calls to regular landlines - mobile, data and internet calls will be charged at regular rates.
Transfers from some LLU based phone providers (Talk Talk) may result in additional charges. In the unlikely event that your line is subject to these charges we will contact you prior to transfer.
Due to changes in the wholesale cost of calls our prices may fluctuate. Our website details the current applicable charges and any significant changes to your particular tariff will be highlighted in the telephone section of the customer portal.
