• If you already have broadband you can switch your connection to IDNet free of charge. The process takes 5 working days for ADSL2+ services with a short period of downtime if switching from an ADSL or LLU service. (to facilitate moving your line to new equipment at the exchange)

Unlimited Email Accounts

• All of our broadband services include as many personal email accounts as you require including SMTP, POP3, IMAP and SSL Webmail.

No Throttling

• We guarantee no throttling, no traffic shaping, no port blocking, and no contention on our network. No contention on our network is achieved by not oversubscribing our broadband services and ensuring that bandwidth investment exceeds customer demand. This means that we can guarantee the maximum throughput that your line can support at all times.

One Month Contracts

• One month minimum contracts with no cancellation penalties are provided as standard to give you the confidence that you are not locked in.

• Unlike some of our competitors our broadband and phone packages includes the BT line rental of £10.72 per month.

The small print

The maximum broadband speeds that your line can support are determined by the equipment at the exchange within the first 10 days of service.

Broadband speeds are affected by your proximity to your local telephone exchange, quality of your phone line and any internal wiring.

Actual broadband download speeds can vary from below 2 Mbps during peak times, up to a maximum of 24 Mbps.

Not all exchanges are currently ADSL2+ enabled. If your exchange is not enabled we can offer an equivalent ADSL package, you can then upgrade as soon as your exchange is enabled.

Migrating from an ADSL service to and ADSL2+ service requires your line to be moved within the telephone exchange, this will usually cause a 5-30 minute loss of service during the transfer process.

A £1.02 inc VAT surcharge will be levied for monthly payments made by methods other than Direct Debit

Bandwidth used over the stated monthly download allowance is charged at £1.02 per GB (inc VAT)
