IDNet have worked with HP for just over 10 years providing a wide range of services including hosting, design and build, solutions architecture, data and content management systems and project management.

For the majority of this time, IDNet was responsible for the design, build and management of HP’s European Consumer websites. Developing a system that allowed HP to manage and publish multi-language content from several data sources as well as controlling tactical promotions of specific products and services in particular project launches, IDNet was also responsible for the overall project management and liaison between HP stakeholders worldwide.
IDNet have provided extensive on-line marketing products and services that have delivered excellent sales results by driving high-value traffic to HP websites, then tracking visitors through to purchase, then targeting them with further appropriate offers via a range of CRM initiatives both on and off-line.
HP Expo
IDNet was responsible for the strategy, planning, architecture, design, build and technical infrastructure of HP’s main European consumer websites available in 15 country/language versions. All sites and delivery of product information was managed using a bespoke CMS designed and hosted by IDNet.
HP Invision
A digital photography competition open to university and college students throughout Europe, used to create interest in HP’s digital photography products. IDNet was responsible for the design, build, project management, traffic analysis, and maintenance and hosting.
HP Webworld
A Europe-wide website aimed at families and younger children using HP products at home. IDNet was responsible for hosting, project management, competition handling and metrics analysis. As part of this project, IDNet conceived the paper aeroplane factory that allowed users to make and personalised their paper planes as well as upload designs of their own.
